Brown, who was 17 at the time, was travelling to work when he was attacked on the top deck.
He had asked Alhusain Ali, also 17, to take his feet off the seat so he could sit down but was showered with punches.
Mr Brown was then stabbed in the chest, stomach and armpit by Yunus Chehalfi, also 17, jurors heard. The victim had boarded a bus at Victoria station in central London on November 27, 2010.
Mr Brown recounted the chain of events after he asked Ali to move.
‘He said, “What?”. So I asked him again and he said, “You do not want to do this right now”.
‘I sat down and someone stood up on my left hand side. Then all four started punching me.’ As the attackers fled, Mr Brown, of Norbury, south-west London, realised he was bleeding.
Prosecutor Richard Tutt said Chehalfi, of Victoria, admits affray and using threatening, unlawful violence but denies stabbing Mr Brown.
He added Ali and the two others have pleaded guilty to affray.
The trial at Southwark crown court continues.
