Rapper-turned-actress Queen Latifah has revealed her plans to adopt a child and start a family soon.

Appearing on The View talk show, the Just Wright actress opened up about her dreams to become a mother real soon when asked by co-host Barbara Walters on the talk show about motherhood and considering adoption.
"I’m actually kind of working on that," the 42-year-old said.
"I think I saw one of those specials. You know those movies of the week. And I was like? And I just always wanted to bring a child home."
Opening up on the talk show about her wishes to start a family soon with the prospect of adopting child from wherever in the world, the actress said: "I’m totally serious, so if you got a kid... Just give me a year- let me set up camp and send me the kid."
Sounds like shes more than just serious.
