Grace Jones puts on a impressive performance as she sings AND hula hoops at the Queen's Jubilee concert
She might be on the cusp of the retirement age but Grace Jones is not a woman who plans to show any signs of stopping any time soon.
In fact, the statuesque singer would give a woman a third of her age a run for their money in style, elegance, strength - and the fact that she could hula hoop for four minutes without stopping.
It was certainly hard to believe that the singer turned 64 last month as she took to the stage at the Queen's Diamond Jubilee concert in London last night.
Scroll down to see Grace in action last night...
Spinning around: Veteran pop star Grace Jones took to the stage at the Queen's Jubilee concert last night and hula hooped her way through her song for four minutes
She strutted on stage in a black and red leotard style outfit which looked like it was made out of rubber.
She teamed the look with a huge red headpiece that would have put Lady Gaga to shame as she made her way onto the stage which had been erected outside of the front of Buckingham Palace.
Hello London! Grace came on stage with her hoop which she started spinning as she launched into her smash hit song Slave To The Rhythm
Keeping the party going: The tens of thousands of people who lined the Mall lit up London as they danced and sang along to Miss Jones
One user called @bootpickler said: '@Miss_GraceJones at the Jubilee! no change to stunning beauty! amazing look and only person who could hoola hoop in this set :).'
Another added: 'Good to see Miss Grace Jones at the jubilee concert! How does she keep that hoop going?'
SunshineBrain said: 'Seeing @Miss_GraceJones made me want to pick up my hula hoop :D #LoveIt #JubileeConcert'
... finally letting it drop as she finished and soaked up the loud applause from the crowd
And Chrissy Darling wrote: 'I thought @Miss_GraceJones was phenomenal and by far the best performer do far on the #BBCJubileeConcert!'
Grace received a standing ovation from the crowd which included all the members of the Royal Family, who were seen nodding along to the song.
Thank you my darlings! Grace threw her hands in the air as she finished her set
But she did make a slight error when she wished the monarch a 'Happy Birthday our Queen'.
June 2 is the Queen's official birthday -which this year is being celebrated on June 16 - but last night was all about her 60 years on the throne.
Wonder what they had to talk about? But the Queen was seen laughing at Grace while Rob Brydon pulled a face - as they met backstage
